The freestanding design is easy to set up with color coded clip construction and Jakes Foot(tm) pole and fly attachment points. It will also keep you dry when the weather moves in with taped floor and fly seams and Arc Edge(tm) floor design, which keeps the ground level seams off the ground. Mesh wall panels and fly vents will keep you nice and ventilated when you are inside while the newly placed welded windows will let some light in, making the tent feel a little more like home. The internal storage pockets and included gear loft will keep your gear organized and close at hand too-important for when you need to get your headlamp quickly. And while you don't need them all the time, guy outs are important to the stability of any tent in inclement weather and the Gunnison includes 4 guy-out points around the tent..
